Naylor & Breen is a unique company which has numerous in-house capabilities with the ability to go “from dirt work to finish work”, this means site, concrete, framing, siding and trim, roofing, drywall, painting, finish carpentry, and our own Hawk Hill Cabinetry & Custom Woodwork shop. The in-house capabilities that Naylor & Breen provide have proven to be invaluable on numerous projects. On a recent project, a siding sub-contractor went out of business part way through the project and N&B stepped in and took over with our own forces and kept the project on schedule with no additional cost to the owner. This shows that if we aren’t successful in getting our own forces on the job through the bidding process, we have the ability to back up the sub-contractors obligations to the project and in turn provide another level of protection and confidence to you, the owner.
