Naylor & Breen’s Superintendents work directly with the Project Manager, Owners, Architects and Subcontractors on a daily basis in order to keep projects on schedule and within budget. N&B Superintendents have the experience, many have more than 20 and are committed to delivering a quality product keys to our 34 years of success. Kevin Burke, Superintendent
Kevin is a tech-savvy superintendent with over 25 years experience in commercial, industrial and residential construction projects. Kevin has demonstrated the ability to control costs on fast track, self-performed or subcontracted work through relationship building, motivating others to their potential, negotiating favorable deals, building client trust and respect and developing solutions to meet goals and budgets. Fluent in Microsoft Word, Excel, Projects, Corel Word Perfect, Quattro Pro, Time Line, Expedition and Palm. His hands-on experience in framing and finish carpentry, concrete forming and finishing, masonry, welding, steel erection, rigging, millwright work, process piping and operating heavy equipment make him an valueable asset to our team for the last 10 years.
Don has been committed to Naylor & Breen for over 29 years and his experitse is invaluable to the company. He is an effective leader with the ability to coordinate subcontractors engaged in planning and executing work procedures, interpret specifications, and coordinate various phases of construction to prevent delays.
Kerry has been as asset to Naylor & Breen for over 27 years. He has “hands-on” field experience in all phases of commercial, residential and institutional construction. Kerry has a positive reputation with many affordable housing agencies around Vermont as many of these types projects often require sensitivity to tenants, and effective on-site management in order to schedule and arrange move-outs for renovations and/or working on occupied buildings, therefore his professionalism and expertise is often requested on these types of projects.
John Legault, Superintendent
John has worked for Naylor & Breen for a total of 11 years. Over the years John has operated as Owner of his own construction company, as the economy fluxuated John would come back to N&B. He posesses over 35 years of hands on construction experience, from commerical, instiitutional to residential. Because of John’s gentle communication style, he often works on residential projects where working collaborativly on-site with the homeowner is essential and thus makes him another strong and valuable leader to our team.
Nick Denardo, Superintendent
Nick has over 24 years of hands on experience with both commercial, institutional and residential construction. He has over 10 years of Superintendent experience exemplifying leadership capabilities in order to handle crews and subcontractors positively and effectly. His super positive additude has a proven ability to coordinate and motivate multiple disciplines on large projects, especially his most recently completed project with Naylor & Breen, the South Village Professional Office Building in Middlebury, VT. This building was completed in less than the scheduled time and with remarkable “blower door” test results (a measurement of the energy efficiency of the building). We are delighted to have him on our team.
Ray Kelton, Superintendent
Ray has over 25 years of “hands-on” field experience in all phases of commercial, institutional and residential construction and has a proven ability to coordinate and motivate multiple disciplines on multi-million dollar projects.
John Crossman, Superintendent
John has been with Naylor & Breen for almost 10 years. He has many years of hands on experience with both commercial and residential construction. For the last 7 years of he has demontrated effective leadership as a Superintendent with the capability to handle crews and subcontractors with positive results.
Brent Wilbur, Superintendent
Brent is the newest superintendent for the N&B team. Over the last 6 years with N&B he has grown tremendously and is making positive impressions on Owners, Architects, and Subcontractors on the projects he has managed.
