After several successful multifamily housing projects together, Redstone negotiated with Naylor & Breen to be their construction manager on this 29 apartment project, starting out during conceptual design to help meet very aggressive budget requirements. Site work and logistics were challenging on this tight city site which were overcome by building high retaining walls to provide required minimum parking spaces.
