Brandon Area Rescue Squad – Brandon, VT

This project consisted of the new construction of a 4,800 sf single story structure, including a 1,900 sf ambulance bay with 3 overhead doors with automatic operators, and a decontamination room. This space is heated with radiant heat in the 6?€? concrete slab. The remaining 2,900 sf consists of a 750 sf classroom, lounge, kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 offices,3 storage rooms, and a meeting room. The back porch houses an emergency generator capable of powering the entire facility. The building is equipped with a sprinkler system, hydronic heat, acoustical ceiling tiles,VCT flooring 5/8 fire code sheetrock, and energy efficient lighting fixtures.
