Chandler 4 Corners – Manchester, VT

This industrial building, set within a partially wooded site, fits comfortably into the Vermont landscape. NBF's design is reminiscent of an old Vermont barn, displayed in the board and batten siding detail and cupola. The project consists of an 8,200 s/f, two story office building and a 12,000 s/f steel frame warehouse. The steel structure, wall and roof sheathing were supplied by Essex Structural Steel out of Cortland, NY and erected by Construx, Inc. out of Plymouth, NH. Radiant heat is piped throughout both buildings and the lighting design meets Efficiency Vermont Standards.
