Depot II Apartments – Bethel, VT

Naylor & Breen was construction manager on this extensive renovation of this multi-residential housing project. The project consisted of four single story and six 2-story apartments with extensive site work including the several large retaining walls. This required working closely with the architect to address drainage issues. N&B worked with the occupied residents to move from one unit to another for renovations. The team ensured all safety measures were exceeded as well as solid communication between the contractor and occupants.
