Graystone Senior Housing – White River Junction, VT

Located in White River Junction, VT, Graystone Housing Project consisted of extensive energy efficiency improvements. Naylor & Breen replaced all windows, doors, roofing, insulation and vinyl siding. Additional work by subcontractors consisted of replacing boilers, ventilation, electrical, and converting to solar hot water. All buildings were occupied while work was being completed.
