Internal Medicine – Bristol, VT

Naylor & Breen is completing the second phase of renovations to an existing metal building in the Bristol Works! Development, renovating approx. 8,000 square feet for new doctor's offices, Bristol Internal Medicine. The project is under budget and ahead of schedule thanks to careful pre-planning and selection of a strong team of subcontractors through the construction management process. Naylor & Breen's crews provided all demolition, concrete, framing and finish carpentry work. Strong site supervision with extra motivation by a shared savings clause in the contract has produced appreciable savings in framing labor and other finish work being performed by Naylor & Breen. The owner and tenant, Porter Medical, are delighted with the process with move-in scheduled for the 3rd week of August.
