Jiffy Mart – South Burlington, VT

The South Burlington Jiffy Mart project consisted of a tear down and rebuild of a gas station and convenience store. Naylor & Breen draftsmen worked collaboratively with the Champlain Oil's in-house design team for a new look. They experimented with the front entry metal columns and an exposed steel frame. A partial basement was included into the design for mechanicals and extra storage. Site work included digging for new gas tanks, preparation for the installation of a new canopy over the gas pumps, paving and landscaping. Our own custom mill shop, Hawk Hill Cabinetry & Woodwork, designed custom wine racks and cabinetry in the deli for this project. At the request of the owners, we completed this project under very tight timeframe constraints in order to limit the amount of down time for this prime location. We were able to hand over the new building in under 90 days; from teardown to the opening day.
