Taconic Spine Center – Manchester, Vermont

N&B transformed an empty metal building into a new Spine Clinic, complete with treatment rooms, exam rooms, X-Ray capabilities, as well as support areas for a large staff of Doctors and other personnel. Northeast Steel Fabricators installed a steel framing system to turn an otherwise open and virtually unusable shell into a functional two story space. The second story space was left unfinished for future renovations. The entire first floor is now being used by Taconic Spine Clinic. GSK Climate Control installed their own a design-build system for heating, cooling and ventilation. Beauregard Electric installed a complete power and lighting system, that included extremely technical wiring for radiology equipment.
