The Howard Block – Bellows Falls, VT

This project consisted of the restoration of a three story building known as the Howard Block, located in downtown Bellows Falls, Vermont. The work included renovation of the building's interior and exterior to provide 13 apartments, 6 shops, a new public foyer, a new elevator, and included new heating, plumbing, sprinklers, and wiring throughout. Many original features of this historic building were preserved and restored including the tin ceilings, railings, interior and exterior trim, brick veneer and many of the floors.
