Town Office – Wells, VT

This was a challenging project with a small municipal budget. Naylor & Breen worked for over one year value-engineering this project with the town committee and the Architect to negotiate the final price. The slate roof and the site work was donated by locals and Naylor & Breen performed the concrete, framing, and interior and exterior finishes. This project contains a unique concrete vault inside and a traditional Greek architectural design.
