Private Residence – Lake Dunmore, VT

This seasonal home located on Lake Dunmore was a complete remodel of a former summer camp renovated into a year-round family retreat. Challenging and extensive structural retrofitting to allow for dormers, additions and a new stairway were all performed by Naylor & Breen’s experienced crews. Also the site work, concrete, all carpentry, drywall, painting, roofing, landscaping and all the millwork, which was crafted by our own Hawk Hill Cabinetry & Custom Woodwork. They also crafted the detailed stairs and built-ins as storage for golfing, skating and ski equipment.
