Trailside Cottages - MTI – Chittenden, VT

In 2007 Naylor & Breen Builders constructed a second home for Steve Cummings, one of the primary shareholders of the Mountain Top Inn and Resort in Chittenden, VT. Fast forward to 2013 when Steve and the Mountain Top Inn decided it was time to start upgrading the facility as well as add a private development with single family homes called the Trailside Development. With this decision they called in Naylor & Breen Builders to act as their construction manager.
