We provide all aspects of carpentry and construction management, supported by a team of over 80 skilled tradespeople in the field. At a time where skilled labor is increasingly hard to find, we are blessed to have an experienced team that supports every project from start to finish.
Below is an overview of the services and divisions that allow us to manage projects comprehensively, from early planning and site work through completion and custom craftsmanship.
Construction Management
The construction management process is a working partnership, a collaboration between three parties: Owner, Architect, and Construction Manager. The collaboration of these parties begins early in the conception of the project when priorities and goals are being identified, early stages of architectural design are reviewed, engineering requirements are considered and value engineering is developed. Through the value engineering process, the construction manager identifies cost saving options on a project-wide scale. Because we are involved so early in the project, the construction manager is able to participate in and offer ideas at inception that will affect the entire project in a very positive manner.
General Contracting
We know that effective and efficient management of schedule is a key component of cost control. Naylor & Breen excels in our role as General Contractor, because of the relationships we have formed with Owners, Architects, Subcontractors and Vendors. Subcontractors and Vendors are eager to bid our projects and work with our skilled crews and Project Management team. These key commitments facilitate efficiency in the construction schedule.
Sitework
Our company provides complete site work services with our own dedicated site division. We handle all phases of preparation, including excavation, grading, road work, storm water systems, water lines and municipal connections, ensuring each project Is ready for construction from the ground up.
Concrete
Our concrete division is equipped with multiple skilled crews specializing in all types of concrete work. We handle everything from foundation and site concrete to sidewalks, curbs, patios, and stamped concrete. We also operate a cutting division that provides expert drilling and concrete cutting services.
Design/Build
Naylor & Breen can work with owners as a design-build entity, lending the simplicity of one point of responsibility for design and construction to the relationship. An alliance between owner and design-builder promotes a streamlined, integrated process where the design-build team works in tandem with the owner during all phases of design and construction without the more traditional split between designer and builder, each of whom manage their portion of the process, relying on coordination and consultation between the two.

Hawk Hill Cabinetry & Custom Woodwork
Hawk Hill Cabinetry & Custom Woodwork, a division of Naylor & Breen, specializes in the fabrication of high-quality custom millwork. Each piece is thoughtfully designed in house or built to plans provided by external architects/designers, ensuring a refined, high-end result.
Hawk Hill also performs renovation work, carefully restoring and or recreating historic millwork for clients. That specializes in the design, manufacturing and installation of custom kitchen cabinetry, built-ins and architectural millwork, including stairs, mantle assemblies and interior and exterior doors.
