Middlebury College Warner Hall

Renovations to this 50,000 square foot building included major upgrades to accessibility and the thermal envelope, along with all new mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems. Classrooms were enhanced with acoustical treatments and modern AV technology to create a more comfortable and functional learning environment. This thoughtful transformation supports both the building's long-term performance and the daily experience of its students and staff.
