Shelburne Farms Coach Barn

Major renovations to the historical building. Work included building envelope upgrades, major HVAC and geothermal heating system creating conditioned spaces. All new electrical upgrades and lighting, state of the art AV system, rehabilitations to all historical finishes, rebuild and restoration of the main chimney. Restoration of all historical windows, commercial kitchen and modernization of the historical carriage lift. Exterior site work includes site drainage, hardscapes, landscaping and new power service.
