Middlebury College First Year Residence Hall

This new 72,000 square foot; 270-unit residence hall was built to house first-year students. The L-shaped building features copper roofing and cupola, stone masonry siding and versatile common areas including lounges, study rooms, and communal kitchen spaces, which meets full accessibility and energy efficiency standards.
